1. ABOUT KARMAVINIL.COM WEB SHOP
Karma Music Shop is specialized in selling rare vinyl records (LP, SINGLES, 12", 10"), CD's, DVD's, movie and music magazines from Croatia and from other countries from former Yugoslavia.

2. EASIEST AND THE BEST WAY TO SEE ALL CONTENTS OF OUR WEB SHOP
Contents of our web shop you can look on several ways, and one of the best and easiest ways are searching by categories and with search box. Categories of our articles are arranged in the right part of website , and with one click on every category you will be able to see complete list of items we have. Detailed information about each item you will see by clicking on it or on the picture.
Also, you can search with simple search box, that is placed in the middle of home page. You can search by name of the artist, title of the record, label company, genre, date of registration or update in cataloge, alphabetical order or by all available categories: LP, 7", EP, flexi, picture disc, T-shirts, flags, magazines, memorabilia and other. You just need to write one or more words, choose option for search, and click on "Search" . For more detailed information go on "Search tips".
Beside this search options you can also choose to see all new items added in our shop in past month or rare items that we have.

3. LANGUAGE AND VALUE
Our web shop can be seen on two languages, english and croatian, and you can choose which one you prefer in upper right corner. Just click on one flag.
Basic value is american dollar ($), but you can also choose between EURO or HRK (croatian kuna).

4. HOW TO ORDER AND HOW TO CHOOSE AN ITEM?
If you have looked our cataloge and have decided what are you going to buy, then just click on "Buy" or "Add to cart" option that you have beside every item. To be able to proceed with your order you need to log in and to open an account with your information's as an user of our web shop. If you already have an open account with us, then you just need to log in when you are going on our website with your user name and password.
Want-list is a special place were you put all items that are not available at this moment at all or in wanted quantity. It's very easy working with wanted-list because inside of it you can see all items on your wanted list. For opening your wanted list you don't need to open an account, just put your wanted items, with option "Add to want list", on your want list. Also you can send your want list to your friend/s on their e-mail.

5. REGISTRATION AND OPENING AN ACCOUNT
If you have already been registered in our web shop, then it is enough to click on "Register" for ability of making and processing new orders. If you haven't been registered and you want to order something from our cataloge or from your wanted-list you need to register (it takes about two minutes to register) and open an account by clicking on "Open an account". You will be asked to write some personal information like: name, address, telephone number, e-mail…). We would be very grateful if you could write your exact information's for both satisfaction, and we guarantee for privacy of your information (more in privacy & security).

6. SHOPPING CART
All of your chosen items you want to order are collected in your shopping cart and "waiting" to be purchased. By clicking on "shopping cart" you are able to see, in any time, content of it.

7. CHECKOUT
To be able to proceed with your order (check out) you need to log in and to open an account with your information's as an user of our web shop. When you do that, with one simple clicking on "buy", you are proceeding and making final steps for your order where you choose what kind of payment would you like, address of delivery and postage charge.

8. INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY (SHIPPING)
You can always change your shipping address, and you can add something in your order. Please read shipping charges!

9. WAY OF PAYMENT/PAYING SYSTEM After you have chosen your way of payment and confirmed your order, copy of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. When we receive your order we will contact you by e-mail with all details and information about your ordered item/s and the way of payment. If we don't have your ordered item at the moment you will be notified.
You can choose between:

Cash in registered letter (EURO, US$, GBP)
Credit cards
Bank transfer (EURO, US$, GBP)

Please, do not pay for anything until you receive an e-mail from us about availability of your ordered item!!!

10. OTHER OPTIONS IN OUR WEB SHOP

NEWSLETTER
Once a week we will send our newsletter on your e-mail address with all news and different actions in our shop.

REVIEW
Every registered customer/user has a right of writing reviews, make an opinion about certain items that are going to be visible to all visitors of our shop. Clicking on "review" you are able to see all written reviews about specific items.

ORDER HISTORY
If you have already ordered something in our shop, you will be able to see all items that you have bought with all information's about your orders.

TOP LIST
Here you can see the best selling items.

SEND AN E-MAIL TO A FRIEND
You can always send to your friend information about some item that you have found . Just write your friends e-mail address and send it by clicking on "letter icon".

NOTIFY ME ABOUT CHANGES ON SPECIFIC ITEMS
If you want, you are able to activate a service of making any changes on your wanted items or most looked items like price, quantity, condition... You will activate this service by clicking on link that is shown inside every detailed description of some item.
